My favourite band: The Neighbourhood


It's hard for me to choose a favourite band because I like lots of singers and bands that I listen to every day, but there's no doubt that The Neighbourhood is one of my favourites bands.

If my memory serves me right, the first time that I listened to The Nbhd's music was in 2014, when I was 14 years old. I met them thanks to the auto playlist of youtube that showed me "honest", a song made by them for the movie called "The Amazing Spider-Man 2". Once I listened that song, I completely fell in love haha, so I started to listen the other songs of them that youtube was recommending me.

Eventually, I ended up liking all their songs, because I felt that I had discovered something that I needed but that I wasn't even looking for, that is, a band with an unique style and an authentic sound. I mean, when I listen to The Nbhd's music I feel like each song is so different from the other ones, yet so similar in terms of the vibe, and the most important, always diffrent from any other song that any other artist has ever created.
I really love all their songs, there's not even one song that I don't like, but my favourites are Sweater Weather, Afraid, Wires, West Coast, Prey, Cry Baby, Compass, Scary Love and Nervous.

 Exactly 6 days ago, The Neighbourhood came to Chile to give their first concert in this country. I was really excited because it was something that I had been waiting for a long time. I went all by myself and over there I met people with whom I waited before the concert started. Inside the facility I was in the third row. In short, the full show was amazing, it was an unique experience that I don't think I can get over for a long time.

My opinion about: Adoption In my opinion, adoption children is a very gentle action, because it's a way to give love and affection to someone whose rights has been violated or someone who didn't get this warmth before, so they really need it. Also, it benefit two parts: the parents who can't have a biological child and the child who needs to be cared. My future job

I don't know yet what I want to do in the future, I mean, the specific kind of job that I would like to do, but I know that I would like to work in a municipality or a ministry. This type of job is generally done indoors, but I would like to work in an area that enables me to have more contact with the people, so I imagine my future job as a combination of "indoors" and "outdoors" and always in accordance with what is best for the people. I would like to travel a lot in my job, but I think that this kind of jobs barely allow to travel, because they are very static. However, I would choose a job that permits me to travel as much as possible within the country, because it would be interesting to know its different realities and thus work to reduce the inequalities and gaps. Regarding to the salary, I don't expect to become a millionairess, I just hope that the money I earn in the future will be enough to lead a quiet life, without financial worries. Curr...
